Staff were helpful especially cleaning staff.
Small rooms. Hot and stuffy at night. No airconditioning and needed a door to be left open to get any breeze. Cable TV with no English speaking channels. We checked out a night early to go to another Hotel with airconditioning. Would have done sooner by my wife was to ill.

Hotel was nice and straightforward, I loved the stay.
It was fairly clean with superfriendly staff at night shift. This was a particularly good and magnificent location close enough to the Zona Rosa as well as the revolution's monument, a very safe area.

It's the worst hotel I have been to. I will never want to stay there again.
They put off the airconditioning unit as soon as we went for breakfast. The staff are very unfriendly.

great location but needs better amenities
The location made it easy to catch a taxi or Uber for late dinners. The room was clean with clear attention to detail in the decor.
The amenities were lacking, which impacted my overall comfort.

The pool and location.
Staff painting hallway, which left fumes in the room, and small beds.

The room was very clean however it was not air conditioned. On the plus side the roof top pool area was wonderful. There is a smoking area on level 9. It is a 20 minute walk to the historic area of the City. Very little English spoken but able to get by

It's amazing location within walking distance to the Centro Historico, packed with theaters and vibrant culture, made exploring with my granddaughter an absolute joy. The nearby cafes, especially Cielito Lindo, were good!
My kids wished for a bigger play area for downtime.

It was fairly quiet, the room was clean, there is a pool on the roof.
The room was tiny and not a place I wanted to spend any time in besides when sleeping. The hotel has zero atmosphere. No character whatsoever.
